Hello, The way to deal with it is to take a session with a psychologist. In the introductory session, ask these queries to develop an understanding around how your concerns with be addressed via therapy. Within 4-5 sessions, see if the particular Psychologist is able to help you feel better or not. If not, you can connect with another psychologist for the same.
