People whose blood homocysteine levels are rise are at increased risk for blood clots. Clots can cause serious medical problems and shorten lifespan. People who smoke have a higher tendency to have high homocysteine levels and it is also seen with Vitamin B deficiency So stop smoking if you are.. And start taking B complex vitamins once a day with milk.. For 2 months. Repeat yet after 3 months.
