Feeling weakness
I am feeling weakness these days. This weakness happens sometimes but not everyday. Also my stool is not clear in morning. Can you suggest something to recover from weakness?

Hello there. I can understand your concern. Here are a few things that you can do. 1.increase your protein intake. 2. Have lots of greens, vegetables and fruits. 3. Have high fiber foods. 4. Avoid processed foods like stuff made of maida. 5. Drink lots of water. 6. You can take tab. Bisacodyl 2 tablets before bed for 5 days. 7. Cap. Absolut 3g once aday after food for 10 days. 1st u need to get 7-8 hrs of sound sleep daily.so u will feel fresh nxt day. for yr good bowel movements u need to drink more water, 8-10 glasses of water in a day, may be more if yr work requires u to go out of yr cabin for longer period of time.eat more greens, fruits n fiber containing food, avoid all kinds of junk food,still have problem then take 1-2 teaspoonful of isabgul or husk.For weakness u need to increase yr protein in take, like eggs n dry nuts n milk.
