Feeling water in mouth and tiredness

Asked for Female, 42 Years

My period was to start after one week as I have regular cycle but this time it comes before one week and last for 3 days as usal in my periods clots goes but this time no clots only bleeding so I tested pregnancy test on 1st day of bleeding to find out pregnancy but it comes negative but now I am feeling very uneasy with upset heavy stomach and lot of acidity and yawning so pls suggest why this is happening
