Feeling very anxious and panicking
I was very close to my grandmother, she one month before on 16-9, after that i have developed an anxiety ,fear and panicking and due to that i was suffering from chest pain and indigestion .. i have checked with my general physician he told me to do ECG which was normal.. he also said i need to relax a bit... In my this condition i always fear of death... Due to chest pain i feel that i might get and heart attack and i am going to die ... Please suggest any treatment or way out
