Having pins and needles in my left arm and hands sometimes on my right, chest pain below breasts, burping a lot with something coming back up in my throat and feeling like choking, a lot of gas in my stomach, and feeling scared all the time thinking its my heart. Went to the er, doctor said my heart is fine
