Feeling v lethargic .weakness

Don't know why taking proper diet even though feeling lethargic .my eyes r heavy every time .I took chkup but everything normal.because of arthritis I feel pain and stiffness in toe.everytime feeling sleepy so I cannot go for walk .putting weight.
