Asked for Male, 67 Years

I am feeling weakness for the last 10 days. Also, my weight has reduced by 1-2 kg. Bowel movement is irregular. I doubt I may be gastric/stomach cancer. Hemoglobin count is 13. Platelets count is 90000. Please advise and do recommend any tests required.

Hi Weight loss, weakness could be vague symptoms. Bowel irregularity may occur due to improper intake of food too. Gastric cancer symptoms include pain abdomen , vomitings, weight loss.
