Kindly notice if your fever comes with chills and rigor, headache and joint aches. And please know if you have any allergies. Notive if your cough is dry or with sputum. You can take paracetamol 650mg and an antibiotic such as cefixime 200mg along with a pantop 40mg tablet. Mostly it gets resolved, if still it persists. Get blood work done. CBC, QBC and Dengue profile.
