Feeling tired and sick
Hi doctor, I'm around 8 weeks pregnant. I feel really tired and sick all the time. I feel nausea through out the day, even if i don't eat anything, and if i eat something, even if it's a light, Non-oily, Non-spicy meal, i get acidity and that makes me more sick and some times i vomit. I can't even do simple house hold work too, it's just too tiring. I already have a 2 year old daughter to take care and because of that I'm not able to take much rest.

Try to eat or drink whatever you like every 1-1.5 hours, like dry fruits , homemade fruit juices, Seasonal fruits , lemon water ( sweet and salted) . Eat something made from wheat like toast , paratha or khakhara first In morning. Take tab.doxinate 2 at bedtime daily .
