I am using 20 stairs 3 to 4 times per day. I am getting very tired in the evenings and legs are getting painful. In the morning 1st walk, having severe pain in the ankles and unable to walk normally for 5 to 10 mins. I was having D3 deficiency a few years ago and not sure whether now its improved.
