Feeling tightness near belly button area
Hello from few days I am feeling tightness near belly button area... (region always get changed). Sometimes upper navel button, sometimes left side navel button, sometime below navel button. There is no pain no burning sensation but only tightness and when I press there I burp and burp is always dry . Dry burps also coming. So in short tightness near belly button area and dry burps. ( no acidity , no heartburn , no smelly burps). Reports all normal including ultrasound
