Feeling stress habits changing quickly
I am 38 yrs old male,IT software,  got married to a doctor 3 yrs before..have a baby girl..she works on emergency most of the time not able to spend time as well as I am in moving profession india and abroad not able to spend. In-law family is upper class than our family, and very recently I lost my father as well so now fully unsupported . My mom 60 yrs old staying alone in village away from spouse place about 50 kms. Many times both of us hurt when we talk in telephones and whatsapp because of anger.etc. This time it happened when talking in telephone and she deleted my contact ..not able to talk further. I am alone as well as my mom..I am undergoing severe mental stress because of this, not sleeping wake up at late night..forget to bath, skipping food..total stress thinking about child and spouse. Please advise how to overcome these stress. My onsite and career is questioning now..in the absence of my dad I gave more financial obligations.

Hi I can understand your worries about security of your family and healthiness of the relationship. You both need to work together and compromise on few things to be in a cordial married relationship. Lot of things need to be talked about. A lot of things need to be addressed. Why are you stressed- because of your wife? Because of your kid? Because of your financial obligations? What are your priorities? All the symptoms you mentioned are because of the stressors in your life. . You need medication and therapy.
