Feeling something stuck in throat

I am feeling something stuck in my throat for 3 months now. Previously i was feeling heavy Ness near throat but now it is recovered. But sensation of something stuck in throat not going. Earlier i have burping problem. Even i have this habit of smoking. But now no burping happening and have stopped smoking since my throat problem started in march
