Your reports and vitals look overall very good:
• BP ~120/84 (well controlled)
• Lipid profile (from image): within normal range
• Active lifestyle (running, HRV good)
Your symptom — sleepiness after lunch — is most likely due to:
• Post-meal (postprandial) dip in alertness (very common physiologically)
• Possibly enhanced by Cilnidipine, which can cause mild vasodilation and relaxation
Next Steps
• Try modifying timing:
– Take Cilnidipine in evening/night instead of morning (after discussing with your doctor)
• Meal adjustments:
– Avoid heavy/high-carb lunches
– Include protein + fiber (prevents post-meal crash)
• Check once:
– Post-lunch BP (to rule out excessive drop)
Health Tips
• Light walk (5–10 min) after lunch instead of lying down
• Stay hydrated
• Avoid large meals during working hours
• Short power nap (10–20 min) is actually beneficial—but may not be practical at work
⚠️ Red flags (unlikely here):
• Dizziness, fainting
• Very low BP readings
