My wife is getting irregular fever for last 3 days n even heavy cough with vomiting...is this something related to sinus thing?

No it is not related to Sinusitis,Take Tab Montair lc 1 tab once daily at night for 7 days,Syr Ascoril le 1 tsf twice daily for 7 days,Cap Rablet D 1 Cap once daily empty stomach for 5 days ,tab Pacimol 650 mg SOS .
