I'm unable to eat or drink properly since 4 days, as I feel pain at the end of upper jaw (I think it's thronsils) took azithromycin 500mg (suggested by my friend, whose is B.H.M.S doctor) do I need to consult an ENT specialist for this problem ? Do suggest me....thank you
