Feeling pain in the heels
Tend to feeling pain in the heels on early morning. it doesn't cause any strong pain that could stop the walk but it keep me some awareness. after start daily activity the pain is gone. wonder what could be the issue? it happen almost a year ago

U can stretch ur calf on bed and see how u feel and do hot water fermentation on ur foot

Your heel pain can be palntar facisitis, Go through an X Ray and start physiotherapy with course of treatment as: Cryotherapy, Ultrasound and Low dye taping. Also do soft cushioning of the heel. Also you have to go through stretching exercises. https://www.facebook.com/drshipraphysio/
