I have got my reports and it shows mutlifocal bilateral cortical scarring and left adrenal adenomas what that means and i am diabetic patient

Possibility is uncontrolled diabetes might have predisposed to recurrent Urine infection which ascends to kidney leading to repeated injury—> cortical scarring.. check your blood sugars, CUE
