I took urinalysis , urine culture all came normal. I took usg abdomen whole, results came as kidney stone of size 4.9 mm and 4.2 mm stone on each and my bladder wall thickened 4mm. I have attached the report of the same. Kindly suggest what to do? Though the feeling of urination is on and off , it is very stressful when it come. Suggest me what to do.

Based on your symptoms and ultrasound report, you have been diagnosed with renal stones and cystitis, which is an infection of the bladder. Treatment with a course of antibiotics is necessary. Please consult for further information.
