Feeling of frequent bowl movements

Asked for Male, 57 Years

Frequent Feeling of bowl movements in rectum but most of the time excluding morning time only gas passes. Consulted doctor and completed a course of antibiotics and probiotic for 10 days.no improvement.what may be the causes and test suggested.no other health issue.
