No sleep, heart beats go fast. Sometimes heart feels heavy. Can't sleep, chest pain at times. Don't know what is the problem.

As a general rule, if you wake up tired and spend the day longing for a chance to have a nap, it’s likely that you’re not getting enough sleep.why are you not getting sleep ?? It must be answered before moving further. If you have psychological problem consult psychiatrist.
