When I am in angry n scold some one in loader in voice newly from two to three months I am getting throught pain with severe headache n getting eyes also pain.cant able sleep.
N secondly another situation is when I talk with my aunt if she say speak normally I am good in that situation...
But if she say something about her problems like health issues...on that day also I can't able sleep properly.
I don't know why I feel like this... angerness also soo high for small issues...I can notify my self... while I doing it self...but I can't control my emotions on that time... please suggest me ...
What I need to do right now...I have some other medical issues ...gall stones size is high,b12 deficiency... recently two months back endoscopy also done in that I have cronic duodenum...
