Feeling like head is moving by itself
2 month before suddenly I was seeing double vision when I got it checked by neurologist he said i was having nerve palsy after all test.now I dont see double vision and everything is fine but due tho this my anxiety increased during those days  now I feel like something is moving in my head, I feel large vibrations when I lay down I dont know why IT is happening, I feel like my head is moving by itself but actually it doesnt. My MRI and blood reports  came totally normal I dont know what is happening to me and I feel like my head is moving by itself please help my blood pressure is lowers is 75 and higher is 124
