Feeling hungry regularly
Hi, Im feeling hungry immediately after having my lunch /dinner. If I dint have anything at that movement. ..then Its very tough for me to control. Please suggest me what kind of treatment I have to follow. .. Thanks in advance. .. Ram

Hello, First know the cause fot your constant hunger.Check your blood sugars,thyroid. Your diet should be in small amounts at regular intervals of 1 1/2 - 2 hrs regularly.Have lots of vegetable salads and fruits with buttermilk or lime juoce in between meals. Avoid junk foods ,fried foods,fatty foods.Have 2- 3 almonds or walnuts daily. Do regular exercise for atleast half an hour daily. Wish you a healthy living
