Dear Sir/madam Greetings When i am sleeping at that time feeling head dizzy (sar ghum raha hai) i have checked my bp showing 100/150 is that cause for dizziness please suggest me medication, diet and reason. Thanking you

There are many reasons behind this kind of symptoms.. Please update whether you have any associated symptoms like nausea, vomiting, headache, blurring of vision, any ear / eye / neck problem..? It might be benign positional vertigo or something else..
