Here's a tip for you: for the problem you are having with sleep, you may soak your feet on a large pan of lukewarm water before going to bed. You have also mentioned that your hands are shaking. There might be several reasons for that, including vitamin and mineral deficiencies in your body.

Hi, There are different causes behind feeling this weakness. It can be due to deficiency of vitamins, minerals or even protein also. According to your height your ideal body weight should be 55 kg but you are underweight considering your present weight. As you mentioned that you feel this weakness in empty stomach, it may be due to your bp becomes low at that time, or else blood glucose level becomes low.
Next Steps
Try to monitor blood pressure and biochemical parameters.
Health Tips
Please follow protein rich balanced diet which will help to develop muscle power.
