Feeling Dizziness

Asked for Male, 31 Years

My father slipped on last wednesday and hitted his head on the floor. He had a small cut above the eye and bleeded a little, He was unconsious too. We had CT scan for the same which I have attached here. He is feeling dizziness from yesterday, can you please suggest. Thanks.

CT Brain doesn't show any signs of injury. It is normal. Nothing to worry. Other findings are not serious. Dizziness can be present after head Injury, it will get better. Consult neuro Neurosurgeon with more information of symptoms persists.
