Dear Niha, What are your thoughts bothering you. Do you feel that on a deep level you are still stuck energetically with your ex? Solutions - 1. Dance on a number which triggers the memory of your ex in a closed room. Let all the unconscious emotions comes up. Be it tears, shivering or anything else. Let the emotions flow out of your system. Repeat this exercise till you feel free from ur ex's energy within. You feel free n complete within. 2. Imagine a medium size White Rose infront of your feet. Imagine that the image of ur ex is going in the rose n rose is now closed. Pray to Sacred Rose that - "all energy that I still hold within me in regard with my ex, I pray to you Sacred Rose to absorb it completely while you are swirling spirally around my body from feet to head." Visualise the sacred rose moving around your feet in clockwise direction and spiralling upward around the whole body till top of head. Vissualise tat the rose from top of ur head is moving to the wall opposite to you. Mentally note the color of the rose now after it had absorbed the energy. Pray to invoke Divine White Light and transform the components of the rose to Divine Love Energy. Repeat the whole process till the color of rose remains white after covering the whole body. You can use this exercise in variations such as - swirl the rose as it is ie without putting in any situation or person in it.
