Feeling anxious
It's been abt 20 days since I've recovered from covid.. It was mild and I didn't have any serious issues during infection.. But since 2 weeks I m feeling scared and anxious for no reason. Sometimes I am totally fine and other times I feel really sad and depressed and couldn't concentrate in anything.. I try to distract myself but it doesn't work.. I can't even seem to do activities I used to enjoy earlier. I don't know what is this scary feeling. Please someone tell me this is not permanent like some mental illness..
