Hello dr Since 2 years back I was very fine n healthy last 2021 I suddenly got severe headache and wen consult dr they said it's migraine and I was taking medication, later I am ok but I myself feel like as if I get heart attack even if I get gastric allso I feel some heart issue may be and wen ever I heard that many ppl that to young generation and kids dying of heart attack suddenly without any symptoms I get scared again how much ever I try to come out of that thinking I can't I will feel even if something happen to me suddenly how will kids be without me. Ppl ssayits vaccine effets so ppl r dying of heart issue is that true

Yes, there are a group of doctors/scientists that are concerned about the negative effects of vaccines world-wide but their concerns are being investigated and not yet being accepted by the expert health agencies/authorities. In a crisis, like we encountered in 2020, maintaining faith in authorities (health, etc.) is essential to save lives and further chaos. Not choosing for vaccination may have increased the death rates to a great extent. Choosing vaccination did saved lives. It may have caused some side effects but it was necessary. Now it is best to keep our physical and mental health is order and also try not to over do it. Try to follow a healthy routine in terms of proper and timely meals, sleep, exercise, and breathing/meditation. Do not try to overexert yourself, physically, mentally, emotionally, socially, financially. It will only cause stress and harm. Just try to live a healthy life and have faith in God. Peace is the ultimate goal and not pleasure. But peace always comes out as an outcome not just by targeted efforts.
