You seem to be suffering from IAD. It's a type of anxiety.
It needs to be addressed immediately otherwise it may get complicated.

Hi
Since the past two years you are having anxious thoughts about your health. Ever since the pandemic a lot of people have anxious thoughts about their health. Based on what you have mentioned it seems like you could have health anxiety. It sounds like you are spending considerable amount of time online trying to search for information about people having heart disease and this is making you feel more anxious. I suggest that you gradually work on reducing the amount of time you spend online trying to search for information.
Consult a psychologist and explain about the anxious thoughts you have about your health. A psychologist will help you manage anxiety and feel calm. With the help of a psychologist you can overcome health anxiety.
Next Steps
Consult a psychologist.
Health Tips

Hello,
As you mentioned, two years back you were fine and healthy.
The two years of the pandemic were not the normal phase and had its implications on physical and mental health.
The best part is people getting appropriate help to manage these and get back to their earlier normalcy.
You too can reinstate your health and mindset by managing emotions by counseling sessions.
Feel free to consult.
Happy Healthy Living!
Hi... Yes, there are a group of doctors/scientists that are concerned about the negative effects of vaccines world-wide but their concerns are being investigated and not yet being accepted by the expert health agencies/authorities. In a crisis, like we encountered in 2020, maintaining faith in authorities (health, etc.) is essential to save lives and further chaos. Not choosing for vaccination may have increased the death rates to a great extent. Choosing vaccination did saved lives. It may have caused some side effects but it was necessary. Now it is best to keep our physical and mental health is order and also try not to over do it. Try to follow a healthy routine in terms of proper and timely meals, sleep, exercise, and breathing/meditation. Do not try to overexert yourself, physically, mentally, emotionally, socially, financially. It will only cause stress and harm. Just try to live a healthy life and have faith in God. Peace is the ultimate goal and not pleasure. But peace always comes out as an outcome not just by targeted efforts.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychologist.
CBT along with Lifestyle Changes and Interpersonal Guidance and Counselling is required.
Remember, Health Anxiety or hypochondria is very common since the pandemic but it can be addressed with therapeutic interventions like CBT.
