Well any young student of your age can come across these symptoms very common. These problems are usually seen when you encounter severe stress, due to hormonal changes and environmental factors. Smoking and alcohol if any can also worsen the outcome. With the little bit of details you have provided you seem to be a person very possessive in nature and keeping to self. All adolescent kids go through a phase were they may have ego differences with parents. It will change with time and a better understanding.
Next Steps
Be happy. live in the moment. play outdoor games. be with friends and family. avoid smoking and alcohol if any. Love Yourself And Others EQUALLY. Try to see your father from his perspective. the struggles he has gone through to make you what you are today.
Health Tips
cheer up young man. you have time and age on your side. Just let your worries aside and march along to success.
