During recent twist of events i got deeply hurt from some my very close friends and in the end i came to know that i dont even matter a little much to them.. And now this feeling is getting deeply enrooted inside me that i am not at all important to anyone.. another thing which i keep facing from my childhood is differences and ego issues with my father.. at this time i am completely alone and supportless as it all ended with my best friends and we dont even want to see each other's face.. how to overcome this state of mind??? Well any young student of your age can come across these symptoms very common. These problems are usually seen when you encounter severe stress, due to hormonal changes and environmental factors. Smoking and alcohol if any can also worsen the outcome. With the little bit of details you have provided you seem to be a person very possessive in nature and keeping to self. All adolescent kids go through a phase were they may have ego differences with parents. It will change with time and a better understanding.
Next Steps
Be happy. live in the moment. play outdoor games. be with friends and family. avoid smoking and alcohol if any. Love Yourself And Others EQUALLY. Try to see your father from his perspective. the struggles he has gone through to make you what you are today.
Health Tips
cheer up young man. you have time and age on your side. Just let your worries aside and march along to success.
