Hi Dr, Am feeling vomiting after taking food or water. I usually drink water 1ltr. But now if take that much quantity. I feeling like vomit.

Hello there..... Following these steps would help..... eat small meals throughout the day instead of three large meals;...eat slowly....;avoid hard-to-digest foods; and consume foods that are cold or at room temperature to avoid becoming nauseated from the smell of hot or warm foods...... If your symptoms persists consult your Physician for further evaluation.....
