Asked for Male, 21 Years

Following are some conditions when i feel chest pain at left side ( pain is not continues start and ends within 5-10min ) I don't have any bad habits except sedentary lifestyle BP 130/80 Ongoing med: Concor cor 2.5mg 1-0-0 •while taking deep breath •while sleeping •in morning or evening Do i need to take this medicine lifelong ?
