How often should I feed my 16 days old new born baby? Generally He takes 3 hours gap in every sleep.

Feed him at a gap of atleast 2 hours,NOT before,don't wake him up for feeds. Feed at each breast for 5-10 mins maximum. The best indicator of sufficient oral fluid intake is the urine output,which should be atleast 5-6 times a day. Maintain hygiene in feeds.
