Febrex plus and Azithromycin are safe in pregnancy! U can take both of them! U can take Azithromycin 500 mg once daily for 3 days! U can aslo add on steam inhalation with it!! Home remedies like tulsi/ginger tea /kahwa can be taken Kesar/turmeric milk will also help!
