Asked for Male, 20 Years

Yesterday I have been diagnosed with fever and head ache...First the doctor doubted that it may be dengue..And tests are performed for dengue,CBP,typhoid and chickengnya in reports it's clar there is no dengue,typhoid and 2.1 platelets are also present in that case my doctor suggested me to use only dolo 650 for every 4-6 hrs and ors 3 times a day except that no tablets are given should I follow that prescription or should I change..first of all is that prescription correct?
