I have vaginismus problem.Howcan reslove them.i can insert my half finger in vagina also.whenmyhusnmband try insert finger in vagina i dont allow touch to my vagina.I have fear of touching vaginal area.plz help

Dear friend some cases of vaginismus hv positive history of some trauma or abuse that would require professional sexual counselling and therapy. Other causes would be neuromuscular in-ordination or spasm or vaginal dryness . For these pharmaceutical agents for anxiety , muscle relaxant and topical lubricants n progressive dilatation or gradual dilatation might be needed.
