I recently had CT scan with contrast to rule out serious illness. ( I had loose stools and weight loss to begin with) Drs confirmed there is nothing serious but have some sub mucosal fat in my terminal ileum and some on ascending colon. They ordered faecal calprotectin test to rule out inflammation. It came as negative aswell . They said its IBS. Should I still have to worried? Anything concerning regarding submucosal fat?
