Fear,lack of concentration and focus ,
My name Is parth and I am 24 year old last year I feel sad and lack of concentration and lack of focus during my study so I went to psychiatrist he told me about depression it is and give me antidepressant(escitalopram 10mg) ...so after a 3 months he reduce dosage and gradually stop it. But after a 2-3 months I started same feeling so again I started antidepressant(escitalopram 10mg)...but now I want to move with homeopathy and Ayurveda medicine ...so what can I do ? which is best between Ayur

Dear Parth, Firstly, start accepting your self as you are. It's a wrong notion that depression should be fought in order to get rid of it. There's nothing wrong to be in low mood and being fearful or not being able to open up to the world.Remember, "A mind which can accept depression can not be depressed."

Instead of looking at the negative side and start taking medication, why don't you start with some regular exercise, do yoga , pranayam, meditation and try to have a self assessment of what is stopping you and start over coming that. I am sure that will help you to come out of the situation

Dear, you can try either homeopathic or Ayurvedic medication as both of them helps in such conditions. Along with that you need yoga therapy and acupuncture to manage depression. These therapies will help to give relaxation to your mind which will also install a sense of confidence and self assurance and there by manage the depression quite well..
