Fear to go out
I always fear to go out. Fear about dirt. Also feel headache every time. I am unable to go out due to dirt fear. If I go out..I have to bath else situation get bad. Now its ruining my life.

Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
You seem to be suffering from a obsession to stay clean.
It could be a obsessive compulsive disorder for which you will have to consult a psychiatrist in person for further evaluation and management.
Do not ignore this issue or it will just get worse.
