Fear from people
I usually get scared if I go to any new place, don't want to talk much with people. Main problem I am in is premature ejaculation. That's why I don't feel confident. I am taking medicine from one psychiatrist but not feeling much improvement.

Fear of new place and premature ejaculation are two separate problems. Nevertheless low confidence for whatever reason needs to be tackled, if you believe it is affecting your life significantly. You should discuss with the Psychiatrist.
