Fear & nervousness all the time
I am having fear for everything. Am overthinking and living in my imaginary world. Mostly am confused whether certain things happened in life or its imagination. I always feels like 2 minds quarrel each other. one mind is always compressing me its killing me its creating always fear in my mind. Am not able to continue my job more than 3 months am getting nervous for every thing in tension my hand palms are becoming sweaty. In fear some times my mind is killing me not to live anymore. Am not able to eat well, sleep well. Am getting more fear about my future. Some times feeling like Am not fit to live in this competitive world. My friends and family members are advising me to be bold and happy but am not able to be like that. I cant explain myself to anyone, eventhough am surrounded by dear ones am feeling lonely. Am feeling empty. Am Not intersted in anything. I hate being healthy since i want to end up my life soon but naturally. Why am like this? how to come out of my mental pressure.

Hi, Stress is a very common part of our life. We should know how to deal with it and learn coping skills, as life keeps throwing challenges at us. Many a times anxiety keeps us motivated and makes us to accomplish lot of work, at the same time anxiety can also cause lot of worries and lead to unnecessary overthinking, restlessness, irritability. If this negative symptoms and negative thoughts continue for longer duration of time then it starts disturbing a routine Which can lead to sleep disturbances, low confidence, low self esteem continuous negative thoughts, constant worrying. We humans are different from each other, no human is perfect hence we all have our own limitations and these limitations can be different for different people. Maybe you are a sensitive personality. Sensitive personality can have lot of strengths skills intelligence and capabilities, but may have less tolerance or capabilities to face emotional stressful condition. Hence they might suffer lot of discomfort during these emotional stressful conditions like the symptoms which I mentioned earlier like sleep disturbances, restlessness anxiety, irritability, lack of concentration difficulty in memory and unnecessary and overthinking

Hi friend we all expect our life to be “a bed of roses” & when it comes to face challenges , we generally cannot accept it readily . Running away or avoiding unpleasant situations in life (that is bound to occur) is Escapism ! Buck up and try to meet your life’s’ challenges , it’s just a passing phase.

Your symptoms are suggestive of Generalised Anxiety disorder, with depression too. This in my opinion requires treatment at the earliest. Also along with medications you can try relaxation techniques and breathing exercises to help control anxiety symptoms. Please consult a psychiatrist at the earliest.
