Fear about result
In my home all was not well.. on 13th my father had cold and headache. Next day my mother had headache and mild cold. Then myself had tiredness and headache.. Then my sister she is a breastfeeding mother of two months old baby.. she had throat pain and tiredness. From the first day itself we are doing steaming and salt water gargling and put dolo650. Then consulted doctor he prescribed doxycycline,flucold,and wysolone 10mg for 3days morning and night'. My sister didn't have that tablets because she is  breastfeeding. Now all are fine only this is cold is there.. Spo2 level also checking it 97 to 99. Drinking ors water also... Yesterday we all took rtpcr test. Fearing about the test. Because of this fear I can't able to do anywork and long breath not able to do from morning because of fear. Kindly tell the tables for all to be healthy. What can we do next? Plz guide us

There's no particular tablet to be healthy. Take Vitamin C three times regularly & Multivitamin once for a period of 1 month

Dont take undue pressure and dont b panic about the disease. Just take healthy diet and rest. Hight protein diet and drink more water. Vitamin c and znic tablets and other medicines if symptoms r there.
