Fatty lumps under skin

Asked for Male, 24 Years

Currently being treated for TB for 2 months + have Grade 1 fatty liver. During course of treatment, have noticed new lumps appearing under the skin, most are pain free and highly mobile, some are mobile but are sore to touch. Any advice on how to proceed, and deal with them? Should I get LFT or any other tests done before going to doctor? What kind of doctor should I visit ?
