Fatty lumps under the skin, do not pain, do not block movement, but look bad to others. Need to know what exactly are these. Please help me out. Thanks in advance

Hi From what you have described most probably it can be a subcutaneous swelling like Lippmann. But we have to clinically examine it. Please visit a plastic surgeon to get it treated.
