Fatty Liver and lesion

Hello experts, Yesterday I got the kidney stone pain and went for USG abdomen. In the ultrasound report there was finding on the liver. Please see the attached screenshot. Can you please confirm if its Ok or something to worry about?

Your liver has a hemangioma which does not require emergency treatment and can be followed up. You will, however , require a urology consult for your kidney stones.
