Fatty liver and elastography
Hello . My USG abdomen show enlarged liver 18.6 cm with grade fatty liver rest everything is normal . My two times LFT reports and all other reports are normal . Do I need to go for. Elastography or can I follow a healthy lifestyle and reverse it . I have symptoms of stomach pain indigestion and constipation . I also had ibs some years back are these symptoms related to ibs

yes those symptoms could be related to IBS.
elastography is not needed in all patients. do it only if your treating doctor feels necessary.
