Fatty liver
2 years back I had fatty liver which was reversed by diet and exercise, and yesterday I had unprotected sex,does taking PEP, or post-exposure prophylaxis tablets can be heavy on my liver or I should take pep medicine without thinking much?

Pep do effect liver, but pep is also necessary for exposure... Take proper counseling to clear all ur doubts

PEP has been shown to cause liver damage in few cases. Fatty liver is caused due to a different reason. It is not necessary that if you had fatty liver in the past that PEP will cause negative effects on liver. PEP is necessary if there is exposure.
