Hello!
You can visit a Psychotherapist/ Cognitive Hypnotherapist/ NLP Practitioner to manage your weight and to also get help in avoiding feeling sleepy during study time.
Also, make sure you visit a general physician to rule out any physiological issues leading to sudden weight gain.
There can be many reasons for sudden increase in weight. You can consult a doctor to see if it is a physiological problem. If it is not then you should consult a psychologist to manage the weight and learn new and effective study patterns. All the best.
